Thank you for shopping with Wellness Retreat HQ. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy for important information regarding order processing, freight delivery, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


1. Shipping Locations

Wellness Retreat HQ currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Certain products may require additional processing time depending on manufacturer availability, freight coordination, custom configurations, or supplier lead times.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders may ship using standard parcel carriers or freight carriers depending on product size, weight, and delivery requirements.

Standard Shipping Carriers May Include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Freight Shipping Carriers May Include:

  • FedEx Freight

  • Old Dominion

  • XPO Logistics

  • Other regional or national freight providers

Large wellness products such as saunas, cold plunges, and oversized recovery systems may ship via LTL freight delivery.

Certain freight deliveries may require:

  • Scheduled delivery appointments

  • Signature confirmation

  • Curbside delivery

  • Additional delivery coordination depending on carrier and destination

Specific delivery methods may vary depending on product category, supplier fulfillment requirements, and shipping location.


4. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Manufacturer lead times

  • Freight scheduling

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier availability

  • Seasonal demand

Shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

While Wellness Retreat HQ works closely with suppliers and carriers to help ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to freight scheduling, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers will be notified of significant delays when applicable.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Certain oversized, freight, or specialty wellness products may include additional shipping surcharges, liftgate fees, remote area delivery fees, white glove delivery fees, or other specialized freight charges depending on the delivery requirements.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed prior to order completion whenever possible.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Freight shipments may include separate scheduling communication directly from the freight carrier.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Wellness Retreat HQ is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Additional shipping or rerouting charges caused by address errors

If a shipping address correction is needed, please contact support@wellnessretreathq.com as soon as possible after placing your order.


8. Freight Delivery Inspection & Damaged Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should:

  • Note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing

  • Take photos of the packaging and product

  • Notify Wellness Retreat HQ within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for freight claims or replacement requests.

For concealed damage discovered after delivery, customers should contact support@wellnessretreathq.com as soon as possible with supporting photos and order information.


9. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact support@wellnessretreathq.com so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations and resolution timelines may vary depending on the shipping provider.


10. Backorders & Inventory Availability

Certain products may occasionally become unavailable, delayed, or backordered due to supplier inventory fluctuations or manufacturing timelines.

If significant delays occur, customers may be offered:

  • Updated lead times

  • Comparable replacement options

  • Cancellation options where applicable


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placement.

After processing, fulfillment, freight scheduling, or shipment preparation has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and may be subject to applicable processing fees, restocking fees, or supplier cancellation policies.

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or fulfillment begins.
