3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, tags, and components included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, installation, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@wellnessretreathq.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included items.

  • Clearly write the RMA number (if provided) on the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Wellness Retreat HQ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Return shipping costs will be covered by Wellness Retreat HQ.

6. Specific Return & Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund (including shipping costs)

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense.

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  • Contact us promptly.

  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

6.5 Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 Hours:
Orders may have entered processing or freight scheduling and may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please follow the standard return procedure.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Installed or assembled equipment

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (if designated as such)

Due to the nature of high-value wellness equipment, once items have been installed or used, they are not eligible for return.

8. Refunds

8.1 Approval

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

8.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing after approval.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Missing components

  • Returns shipped after the authorized window

  • Items showing signs of handling beyond inspection

9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Shipping costs for approved exchanges due to product error are covered by Wellness Retreat HQ.
