1. Order Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, we aim to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the information below. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it enters processing or shipment.

2. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

In this case, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note:

• Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

3. Freight Shipments (Large Items)

For large items shipped via freight carriers (such as cold plunge tubs or saunas), cancellation may not be possible once freight scheduling has begun.

If freight has already been scheduled or dispatched, the order may be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking and shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
